Tell me the different ways I can pay.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and can be paid for with a debit or credit card. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal are all ways to pay that we accept.

How secure is my online purchase?

When you use a credit card to buy something online, you put all of your private information into an SSL-secure website. After that, the details of your order are encrypted with SSL and sent to the private network of our credit card provider for final approval. We do not store any payment card information on our systems.

I just made an order, when will it ship?

In an effort to get your orders to you as soon as possible, Crafts and Comfort does their best to fulfill them. All orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday). Shipping times typically take between 5 and 8 business days. If your package hasn't arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by sending an email to info@craftsandcomfort.com with your full name and order number.

What if I accidentally enter the wrong address or information?

Please get in touch with us at info@craftsandcomfort.com or give us a call at +1 213-755-0494 so that we may change your shipping address. Whether it's an email address, a name, or a physical address, we can update it for you.

Can I send back my order if I don't love it? What if something goes wrong?

Please let us know within 48 hours if you receive one of our items that is broken or damaged. Don't forget to keep the box, tags, and all that the item came in. If there is a problem, we will either replace the item with a brand new one, give you a discount, pay for it to be fixed at a local shop, or give you a full refund of the price you paid for it. If you don't like any of the solutions we offer, you'll have to send the item(s) back to us on your own responsibility in order to get your money back. You will get any money that is owed to you in the same way that it was originally paid.

I'd like to cancel my order if that's possible.

You have three hours from the time you get a confirmation of your order to make changes or cancel it. Contact Crafts and Comfort at +1 213-755-0494 or via email at info@craftsandcomfort.com, and we'll gladly make the necessary adjustments right away. If your order arrives before the adjustments have been made, you can return any unused items for a refund.
